The deep red color of this heirloom burgundy okra makes the flavor even more appealing! We like to harvest the pods when they're just 3-4 inches long and eat them raw, though they're great in any okra recipe. The plants are also gorgeous with red stems and big, ivory blooms.
Okra thrives in hot conditions. Grow some okra, ya'll!
