This is one of our favorite varieties to add to salads and to eat drizzled with a bit of olive oil and salt as an appetizer. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTondo con Pizzo is a long-keeper variety since the skin is thick and the flesh is firm.
