Kids Seed Co. is a small, family-run seed company in Asheville, NC. Our mission is to encourage learning through gardening. We grow and save over 40 varieties of Open-Pollinated, Non-GMO seeds in our Asheville, NC gardens.
Gardening is an ancient pursuit and one that not only provides joy and sustenance but also offers a deeper understanding of our human connection to planet earth. Our children inspired the founding of Kids Seed Co. and the lessons that they have learned through gardening and with helping run our small business are countless.
Asheville has a vibrant community of gardeners and we are glad to provide a source of locally-grown seeds to this community. Kids Seed Co. seeds are grown and selected to perform in many environments and we love to hear back from our customers throughout the United States about their gardening success with our seeds!
As Kids Seed Co. grows alongside our gardens, we are forming partnerships in the Asheville and Western North Carolina communities with schools, businesses and gardening enthusiasts and we hope to encourage those who are new to gardening through our locally-grown seeds.
