Famous for starring in Thai and SE Asian cuisine, we brought the parent seeds of this variety home from a trip to Thailand to visit dear friends. The lush green leaves are sweet with an anise flavor and the light purple flowers attracts lots of beneficial pollinators. Thai basil is wonderful in coconut soups, curries and pairs very well with our Santaka chili peppers.
