Bush beans do not need trellising and the compact plants grow to 18"-24". This haricot verts variety produces thin, French-style green beans and the kids prefer to eat them raw. We planted nasturtium flowers with our beans this past summer after reading the nasturtium flowers deter hungry and rascally rabbits. Worked like a charm!
Planting Instructions: sow 1 seed 1" deep after frost threat in spring every 4" in rows 24" apart. Full sun to part shade.
