A stunning and unique flower that resembles a brain or cockscomb. Celosia is closely related to amaranth and makes a great cut-flower. These blooms dry easily and can be enjoyed in homemade wreaths or holiday arrangements. Pollinators are lured to the showy flowers all summer and we use cockscomb flowers in crafts and to make big, fancy flower-crowns.
Planting Instructions: sow a pinch of seeds 1/8" deep every 12" after danger of frost in spring. Thin to one per foot when 3" tall. Full sun.
