Mexican Seed Collection
Mexico has a fantastically diverse range of vegetables and flowers. The culture has deep respect for their foods and traditions and many of their crops are used in both national and religious celebrations. Our most fond memories of trips to Mexico involve food with friends and meals that were prepared lovingly with wonderful homegrown ingredients. These ten seed varieties are some of our favorites that we have brought home from Mexico and received from friends of Mexican heritage. We hope you enjoy them!
The collection includes:
Cempasúchil Marigold (Tagetes erecta) - approximately 40 seeds
Cucamelon (Melothria scabra) - approximately 20 seeds
Jalapeño Pepper (Capsicum annuum) - approximately 20 seeds
Mexican Sunflower (Tithonia rotundifolia) -Â approximately 40 seeds
Chiapas Tomatillo (Physalis philadelphica)Â - approximately 25 seeds
