Our blend of Red Russian and Siberian kale are as hardy as they come and grow well through all but the coldest temperatures. Kale is a packed with minerals and vitamins and can be eaten fresh, sauteed or steamed. We love it steamed with umeboshi vinegar.
Planting Instructions: sow a group of 3 seeds 1/4' deep every 18" in rows 24" apart. Full sun to part shade. Thin to 1 plant every 18" when plants are 3" tall.
