Moonflower (Ipomoea alba)
Spectacular huge white trumpet-shaped blooms unfurl at night and fill the air with a heady fragrance. Moonflowers are related to morning glories and the romantic white blooms can be up to 8" across!
Moonflowers attract a range of pollinators to the garden and bloom prolifically all summer long. The climbing vines can reach up to 20 ft. and look beautiful when trained on a trellis or arch.
IMPORTANT! : All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested, including the seeds.

Origin: The parent seed of our moonflower were sent to us by a dear friend who grows it on her beautiful farm near Eugene, Oregon.
Planting Instructions: Increase the speed of germination by nicking the hard outer seed shell and soaking in water for 24 hrs. before sowing 1" deep in full sun after frost. Provide a trellis for the plants to climb.
