Pepper (Capsicum annuum)
A sweet Hungarian pepper that is wonderful for fresh eating, stuffing or making into paprika powder. We collected the parent seeds of this variety at the farm of a cousin in Hungary. Fruits start out white (Feher is "white" in Hungarian) and ripen to orange and red. Plants are compact, very productive and do well in containers. 5" peppers with wonderful sweet flavor.

Planting Instructions: We recommend starting peppers indoors in a sunny and warm location 4-6 weeks before last frost in spring. Plant outdoors in full sun after danger of frost in spring. Note: pepper seeds need soil temperatures to be at least 70 F to germinate and we use a heating pad under the seedling tray to maintain temperature.
