Zinnia Blanco (Zinnia elegans)
This beautiful white zinnia variety from Mexico will surely be a favorite in your cut-flower garden! Zinnias are easy to grow and the big blooms last for a long time in bouquets and flower arrangements. Originally from Mexico, this new-to-our-catalog variety is a brilliant white color and the blooms are large, generally 3-4 inches in diameter.
Origin: We were given the parent seed of our Zinnia Blanco many years ago while visiting friends in Oaxaca, Mexico. They have a beautiful garden outside of the city and this variety has been in their family for generations. It’s common in their region to see white zinnias in decorations for both weddings and baptisms.
